Chayban's delivers absolutely impeccable work and best around. The owner is fantastic & friendly, clearly passionate, and genuinely invested in his customers. Though it seems sometimes they take on more than can be realistically completed on time so occasionally a bit delayed.. Still, once the items are finished, the results are flawless.

Needed my jacket tailored a few days before their standard waiting period; they had it ready a day early for good measure (pun intended). Their new client management system is excellent and likely helps them to prioritize different needs thoughtfully and effectively. It was easy to update my card online and then grab and go from the shop when it was done. Everyone is kind and professional. It's a great shop.

Chayban's - Williamsville is a class act tailor. Story: I ordered an inexpensive dress from Revolve hoping it would fit like the model, it didn't. I procrastinated getting the dress tailored and called Chayban's less than a week before I needed the dress.
Review: Chayban's exceeded expectations. Very responsive and I came into the tailor the day of. The tailor immediately understood what I wanted in the dress and I was in and out. 6 days later I picked up my dress close to opening. The dress was ready that day with a quick pickup time.
The dress was completely transformed. The work put into the dress was very apparent. The detailing was amazing and it fit perfectly. Worth every last penny.

Joe and his team went above and beyond for my wife and me. First, he tailored my wedding tuxedo incredibly well and in a very timely manner. Then my in-laws came to town for our wedding and they were able to turnaround some very quick alterations for my Father-in-law's suit before the big day. There really isn't a reason to go anywhere else for your tailoring. Danny and his brother Joey whose up on Elmwood have done so much great work for me in terms of quality. What adds to the entire experience is how friendly, accommodating, and easy to with with they are. I am a returning customer for as long as I am in Buffalo.
